Fatal motorcycle-pickup truck collision kills father and son on Rajarhat-Teesta highway

A fatal road accident occurred on the Rajarhat-Teesta highway in Kasaitari Shimlartal/Shimultala, Rajarhat, Kurigram, when a fish-carrying pickup van collided head-on with a motorcycle on Saturday morning. The collision resulted in the deaths of Siddiq Sheikh (55) and his son Dulu Mia (20/28), who were pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. The pickup truck fled the scene immediately after the incident, and police are investigating.
