Heavy Rainfall Causes Severe Waterlogging in Kurigram, Submerging Government Offices and Boro Rice Fields

Heavy rainfall of 190mm in 24 hours has caused severe waterlogging in Kurigram, submerging government buildings including the DC office and fire station. The event has also inundated Boro rice fields in char areas, causing distress for farmers who are unable to harvest or dry their crops.
