Aggregate road and rail accident summary in Tangail (Jan-June 2026)

Between January and June 2026, the Tangail region experienced 108 road accidents resulting in 130 deaths and 83 injuries on the Dhaka-Tangail highway. Additionally, 18 deaths were reported due to train-related incidents along the rail lines in Tangail during the same period.
