Neglect and Abandonment of Water Ambulance in Ramgati, Lakshmipur

The only water ambulance of Ramgati Upazila, purchased in 2022 to provide emergency medical transport for remote island residents, has been abandoned and remains non-functional in a canal. On April 8, 2026, a child named Mamun suffered from severe stomach pain and faced critical delays in reaching the hospital due to the unavailability of this service.
