Power Division Control Room Established for Flood Response

The Power Division has established a control room at Bidyut Bhaban in Dhaka to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and customer service during the current flood situation. Thirty-three officials have been assigned to manage the center, which operates from 7 AM to 9 PM daily to coordinate repairs and provide support via the 16999 hotline.
