Meeting held to prevent border push-ins in Sreemangal, BGB patrol intensified

Following the forced entry of 7 women and children by Indian border guards into the Kamalganj border area of Moulvibazar on the dawn of June 24, 2026, local authorities in Sreemangal held an awareness meeting. Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has subsequently intensified patrolling in the border region to prevent further incidents.
