Construction worker dies after soil collapse in Chougacha

Samaul Islam, a 55-year-old construction worker, died on Thursday, March 26, 2026, after being buried under soil during piling work at a construction site in Chougacha town, Jashore. Despite being rescued and taken to the local hospital and later to Jashore General Hospital, he passed away while undergoing treatment.
