Bus Fire on Dhaka-Barishal Highway in Dasar, Madaripur Resulting in One Death

A Sakura Paribahan bus traveling on the Dhaka-Barishal highway in the Gopalpur Melkai area of Dasar, Madaripur, caught fire due to a mechanical fault and improperly stored petrol. The incident resulted in one death and at least 30 injuries. Passengers were injured while attempting to escape the burning vehicle, with one being crushed by the wheels. Police, fire service units, and the army participated in the response and containment operations.
