Flash flood in Cumilla destroys crops of over a thousand farmers

Heavy mountain runoff from India caused the Gomti River to rise, leading to flash floods in Adarsha Sadar and Burichang upazilas of Cumilla. Over a thousand farmers are facing significant economic losses as their vegetable fields, including bottle gourd, radish, and various greens, have been submerged.
