MV Banglar Joyjatra successfully crosses the Strait of Hormuz

After being stranded for over three and a half months in the Persian Gulf due to the Iran-Israel conflict, the Bangladesh Shipping Corporation vessel 'MV Banglar Joyjatra' successfully crossed the Strait of Hormuz on June 23, 2026. All 31 Bangladeshi crew members on board are confirmed to be safe and healthy, and the ship is currently proceeding to Fujairah Port in the UAE for refueling and clearance.
