A tragic road accident occurred in the Panga Matukpur-Nodiya area of Domar, Nilphamari, when a speeding, sand-laden truck struck a battery-operated van on the regional road, causing it to overturn into a ditch. Four passengers died, and two other individuals were critically injured and transported to Rangpur Medical College Hospital for treatment.
