Teenager Mohtasim Haq Jahim dies by drowning in Azimpur Government Colony pond

15-year-old student Mohtasim Haq Jahim died after drowning in a pond at the Azimpur Government Colony in Lalbagh, Dhaka, on May 25, 2026, while reportedly swimming. He was rescued and taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where he was declared dead.
