Heavy rainfall in Gaibandha resulted in 101mm of precipitation, leading to severe waterlogging in various low-lying areas and roads across the district, including the municipal town. The incident caused significant public inconvenience, disrupted transportation, and affected homes and schools due to poor drainage infrastructure.
