A 35-year-old auto-van driver, Omar Faruk, died after losing control of his vehicle and falling into a roadside ditch/pond in the Sengua area of Sarishabari, Jamalpur, on Monday night. Both the Fire Service and local police were involved in the recovery and subsequent autopsy.
