Bus catches fire on Dhaka-Mawa Expressway in Munshiganj
A passenger bus of Ever Green Paribahan caught fire on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway at the Kuchiamora Bridge in Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, on June 29, 2026. All 30-35 passengers were successfully evacuated by the driver before the fire spread, resulting in zero casualties. The fire was extinguished by two units from the local fire service, and traffic flow was restored after about 30 minutes.
