HSC examinee dies after falling from rooftop in Rajshahi

18-year-old HSC examinee Akhtaruzzaman died after accidentally falling from the roof of a three-story building in the Rajpara area of Rajshahi city on Sunday night, June 28, 2026. The victim was on the roof due to a power outage when he accidentally slipped into the gap between two buildings. He was transported to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, where he was declared dead by physicians.
