Urgent plea to save schools and homes from riverbank erosion in Barishal

Residents of West Bhuterdiya and North Baherchar in Babuganj, Barishal, held a human chain to demand urgent protection against severe riverbank erosion caused by the Sandhya River. The erosion currently threatens a government primary school, a secondary school, a local market, and the homes of over 50 families.
