Dhaka North City Corporation launches anti-dengue breeding ground destruction program

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) has launched the '100 out of 100' campaign to destroy Aedes mosquito breeding grounds across identified dengue hotspots in Dhaka. Health teams conducted inspections in Banani and Mohakhali, discovering larvae in utility meter boxes, discarded containers, and stagnant water, while 1,678 dengue cases were reported in the city between mid-July and August.
