Two workers died in a fire at a chips factory in East Badda, Dhaka
A fire broke out in a chips factory located on Graveyard Road in East Badda, Dhaka, around 3:00 AM on Monday, May 25, 2026. Two workers, Mahmudul Hasan (23) and Mohammad Mostofa (21), who were sleeping inside the factory, died in the incident. Police recovered the burnt bodies and sent them to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
