For the past six years, Kharataiya East Para Government Primary School in Burichong, Cumilla, has been operating within a dilapidated tin-shed structure. Due to local conflicts hindering new construction, students face constant safety risks, roof leaks during rain, and theft of school assets, forcing lessons to be conducted outdoors or under umbrellas.
