Repatriation of 78 Bangladeshi victims from Cambodian cyber scam compounds

A group of 78 Bangladeshi citizens, who were victims of human trafficking and forced labor in cyber scam compounds in Cambodia, returned to Dhaka on June 17, 2026. This brings the total number of repatriated victims to 221 over a four-day period, following interventions by Cambodian law enforcement.
