Mother attempts suicide after poisoning her two children in Gazipur
In Teparibari village of Sreepur, Gazipur, a 30-year-old mother allegedly poisoned her two children (aged 2 and 4) before attempting to commit suicide herself on Thursday evening, July 9, 2026. The victims were discovered by the husband and father, Mubarak Hossain. All three are currently receiving medical treatment, with the two children in critical condition and transferred to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
