Teesta River flood in Gangachara leaves 4,500 families waterlogged

Heavy rainfall and upstream mountain runoff have caused the Teesta River to exceed the danger level, leading to flooding in over 20 villages of Gangachara Upazila, Rangpur. The event has left 4,500 families stranded, with significant damage reported to agricultural land and bridge protection infrastructure.
