Arson attack, explosion, and fire at a Grameen Bank branch in Netrokona

An arson attack involving an explosion and fire occurred at the Chuchua branch of Grameen Bank in Maugati Union, Netrokona Sadar, in the early hours of October 14, 2026. The fire destroyed two motorcycles and office documents, and a petrol bottle was recovered from the scene by authorities. Fire service and local residents brought the blaze under control.
