Infant suffers complications after incorrect vaccination in Ramganj, investigation ordered

An 11-month-old infant, Zayan Islam, suffered an abscess, pus, and bleeding on his leg after receiving a vaccination at the wrong site by a health worker in Ramganj, Lakshmipur. Following a complaint filed by the family with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer, authorities have ordered an investigation and offered medical treatment at the government hospital.
