Three government primary school buildings declared abandoned due to collapse risk in Rajapur

On June 15, 2026, the Rajapur Upazila Executive Officer inspected three government primary schools and declared their buildings abandoned due to being structurally hazardous. While one school has relocated classes to a nearby facility, two schools continue to operate within the dangerous, dilapidated structures due to the lack of alternative classroom space.
