Two people including a woman and a child killed after being crushed by a bus in Chandina

On the morning of January 31, 2026, a woman and her five-year-old child were killed after being struck by a 'Nilachal' bus while alighting from another vehicle on the Dhaka-Chattagram Highway in the Iliotganj area of Chandina, Cumilla. The bus subsequently collided with a stationary covered van.
