Payra River erosion continues in Dumki

Severe riverbank erosion along the Payra River in Algi village, Dumki, Patuakhali, has destroyed over 200 homes, mosques, temples, and graveyards over the past several years. Currently, over 100 additional households are under threat, with many families living in dire conditions after losing their land and livelihood.
