Newborn dies and operating theater sealed at Al-Aqsa General Hospital in Feni due to alleged medical malpractice

A newborn died and the mother, Tahsina Farha, was left in critical condition at Al-Aqsa General Hospital in Feni after a nurse allegedly attempted a delivery procedure in the absence of the attending gynecologist. Following the incident, the district health department sealed the hospital's operating theater and formed a three-member committee to investigate the allegations of medical negligence.
