Explosion at a septic tank in Bilaspur, Jajira

An explosion involving a septic tank occurred behind the residence of a Malaysia expatriate, Ali Uzzamal Howlader, in Bilaspur Union of Jajira, one day prior to the July 29 incident. The event caused damage to the septic tank but resulted in no casualties.
