Vandalism at Chatkhil Upazila Health Complex following infant death and formation of investigation committee

A two-month-old infant, suffering from fever, respiratory distress, and other health complications, died while undergoing treatment at the Chatkhil Upazila Health Complex in Noakhali. Following the death, the infant's relatives and local residents vandalized hospital property, alleging medical negligence. A three-member investigation committee has been formed to look into the incident.
