Military shells discovered during excavation in Chattogram

Three unexploded military shells, suspected to be from World War II, were discovered by workers during excavation for a City Corporation drain in the Dewanhat area of Chattogram. The Counter Terrorism Unit's bomb disposal squad safely neutralized the items at the Halishahar sea beach.
