SI injured after his child accidentally discharges his service pistol

A 32-year-old Sub-Inspector (SI) named Dewan Mamun Hossain was injured after his child accidentally triggered his service pistol at their residence in the Natore Police Lines on Friday night. The officer sustained a gunshot wound to his leg and was transferred to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, where he is currently reported to be out of danger.
