Continuous Rainfall Causes Severe Flooding in Raozan, Chattogram

Continuous heavy rainfall and mountain runoff have led to severe flooding in Raozan, Chattogram, submerging houses, shops, and roads, including the Chattogram-Kaptai road. Approximately 50,000 people are water-bound across 14 unions and the municipality. Local authorities have initiated monitoring and advised residents to relocate to shelters.
