Child Death: Baby Care Hospital Authorities Summoned by Directorate General of Health Services

A four-month-old infant died at Shyamoli Baby Care and General Hospital in Dhaka following an alleged oxygen line leak. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has summoned the hospital authorities for an investigation, and five other children in the hospital were transferred to another facility as a safety measure.
