Pedestrian killed by truck hit in Uttara

On the night of July 15, 2026, a 55-year-old pedestrian named Md. Anwarul Haque was struck by a speeding truck while crossing the road at the U-turn point on Jasimuddin Road, Uttara. He succumbed to his injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital at 3:00 AM the following morning.
