Mother and daughter die in tragic road accident in Sitakunda while trying to save child
On the night of Friday, May 15, 2026, a 28-year-old mother, Tarin Akter, and her 22-month-old daughter, Yasha, died after the child fell from a moving motorcycle on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in the BMA Gate area of Bhatiary, Sitakunda.
