Road and bridge section collapsed in Savar before inauguration

A one-kilometer road and bridge project in Dhamsona Union, Savar, collapsed before its official inauguration due to poor construction quality and the use of substandard materials. Local authorities have inspected the site and ordered the contractor, Saleh Enterprise, to rectify the construction defects, with all final payments currently suspended.
