House destroyed by Maini River erosion in Longadu

A house in North Yarongchhari, Atarakchhara union, Longadu, was destroyed by riverbank erosion on the morning of June 17, 2026, due to heavy rainfall and increased water flow in the Maini River. The victim, Samir Ali, lost his shelter and property, and the family is currently displaced.
