Child dies after falling into an abandoned deep tube well in Tanore, Rajshahi

In December 2024, a two-year-old child named Sajid died after falling into an abandoned deep tube well borehole in Koyelhat Purvapara village, Tanore, Rajshahi. The child was recovered unconscious after a 32-hour rescue operation but was declared dead upon reaching the hospital.
