Daulatdia ferry ghat closed due to broken pontoon finger

The pontoon finger of Daulatdia ferry ghat number 3 was damaged by strong currents in the Padma River on Wednesday afternoon. As of Thursday afternoon, the ghat remains closed for repairs, leading to a two-kilometer traffic congestion on the highway.
