5 passengers killed and 1 injured in truck-autorickshaw collision in Roumari, Kurigram

A collision between a freight truck and a battery-run autorickshaw occurred near Shiberdangi Bazar in Yadurchar Union, Roumari, Kurigram, on the afternoon of October 17, 2026. Five passengers, including two children, two women, and the autorickshaw driver died in the accident, while one child from another family was critically injured and transported to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
