Teenager dies after electrocution and falling from electric pole while filming TikTok video in Kishoreganj
A 15-year-old boy named Md. Monayem died from electrocution while climbing an electric pole near the Nanashri bridge in Nikli, Kishoreganj, on July 18, 2026, to film a TikTok video. He fell into the water after coming into contact with an electric wire. His body was recovered by a Fire Service dive team approximately 9 hours later.
