8 fishermen rescued from disabled fishing boat in deep sea near Sundarbans

Eight fishermen were rescued alive by the Bangladesh Coast Guard after their fishing boat's engine failed 11 nautical miles south of Kokilmoni in the deep sea. The boat had been drifting since September 19, and the rescue was successfully carried out on September 24 following an emergency call to the owner.
