Government directive to form 'Guardian Committees' following mid-day meal irregularities

Following reports of food poisoning and irregularities in the school feeding program across various districts, including Chapainawabganj and Madaripur, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has directed the formation of 'Guardian Committees' and investigation panels. The initiative aims to ensure food safety and accountability in the delivery of mid-day meals to approximately 3 million students across 150 upazilas.
