Warrant officer of SRB killed in reckless truck collision at checkpoint

A Special Response Battalion (SRB-7) warrant officer, Mohammad Alamgir, was killed after being struck by a reckless truck during a search operation at a checkpoint in the Fatehpur Star Line Fuel Pump area on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Feni Sadar. The truck collided with a stopped covered van, struck the officer, and fell into a roadside ditch, injuring the truck driver, Mohammad Sajib.
