Insect-infested bread packets were distributed to students at Thanahat 2 No. Model Government Primary School in Chilmari, Kurigram, under a school feeding project. Following complaints from parents and school authorities, the contaminated food was returned. Local education officials ordered an investigation and the withholding of payments to the supplier, GUK.
