A timer-based pressure-cooker-shaped explosive device was discovered in a travel bag at Joyee General Store, located in the Khejur Bagan area of Charabag, Ashulia, Dhaka, on July 30, 2026. The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Bomb Disposal Unit successfully neutralized the device through a controlled detonation in an open field.
