Testimony regarding ammunition misuse during the July Uprising

During testimony at the International Crimes Tribunal, SI Sukdeb Kumar Biswas reported that large quantities of ammunition were supplied to security forces to suppress the July Uprising in Jatrabari. He stated that the ammunition usage was falsely recorded under his and other officers' names on the orders of senior police officials, including the former DMP Commissioner.
