Woman killed as New Safa Transport bus falls into ditch in Palashbari, Gaibandha

A passenger bus of New Safa Transport lost control and fell into a ditch on the Gaibandha-Palashbari regional highway in Palashbari, Gaibandha, on Sunday morning. The incident resulted in the death of a 25-28-year-old woman identified as Rikta Begum (also reported as Rikta Khatun) and left at least seven others injured, who were subsequently hospitalized.
